Jayde, I said "other," I was thinking pot too, though there were plenty of coke binges in the past too. Havent done coke in 8 months, pot it's been around 3 months. the weed is a toughie for me b/c almost everyone I know smokes. But once I go a couple days without I'm just fine. Good day all...

When I drink I will take anything and everything. I have no inhibitions. I am not afraid of overdose or I get so depressed I don't care. Alcohol is not my friend any more. But when I would start to get sleepy from the booze and the bar was still open, I would start coke for an eye opener.

I have been clean from coke and alcohol now 15 months.
My doc was cocaine but i would consume vodka like nobodys buisness.
Towards the end of my using coke the last 4-6 months i did not drink at all i was only interested in the coke. (sniffing)

Alcohol and coke went hand in hand with me...if I didn't have coke with the alcohol I was miserable...if I didn't have alcohol with the coke I was miserable, in the end even having both I was still miserable. Both stopped working for me.

Hi there everyone, When I was in my "prime" of drinking it was really whatever was around, if someone offered me sh**it I probably would have tried it lololololo!!!! pretty scary now that I look back, the "friend" that I used to associate with was into coke pretty hard, so whenever she would have it which was quite often I would do some lines, and I remember her getting mad at me whenever I refused to do it, I guess it made her look like she had a problem?!! glad I don't hang with her anymore. But always booze was my d.o.c always started out that way. I never liked smoking pot, makes me hungry and sleepy and I loose my balance alot, probably because when I tried it I was so drunk!! I used to take enphedrine, I bought it at the health food store thinking it was safe, non addictive. I did it for weight loss, well that's not the only thing I lost, my mind went with it! awful,awful drug I found out it is just like taking meth! and boy did it make me act moody!! haven't touched those things for years, and the weight came right back on!! I lost something like 35 pounds! but not worth it! I won't even take cold medicine with that stuff in it, makes me sick thinking about it! If I could only give up smoking........................!!!

VW, I always found when I did coke that I had to have booze to go with it even though I could never get drunk when I was coked up. I'd go through all kinds of alcohol when doing blow and not feel drunk at all. So it's funny, I don't need coke to go with alcohol but I do need alcohol to go with coke. Guess that shows what my true DOC is, huh?

LD, I haven't given up the cigarettes yet either, have cut down to less than half a pack a day (from a pack & a half) but they've still got me - so I understand about that!

Hi CB, Ya the coke thing seemed to always come after I had been drinking, and yep never felt drunk while doing it!! thought it was great!! but the next day.. YUCK, YUCK never wanna go back there again. The smoking thing is a drag, love your American smokes! I smoke Winstons or Camels while I'm there!!
And also I will keep your friend in my prayers hun.

Im right there with you guys on the smokes!!!
Coke hasnt really been that easy to get or afford down this way, so that was never a problem for me, well the only prob was I couldnt get any!!

Coke is getting around a lot more now days down here,
I tried crack once when I was on holidays in Vegas, but thats another story I will tell you one day!

Hey Ginge, You are fortunate about not having coke available, it can hook ya pretty fast, it's almost like a snowball effect, at least for me it was doing it when I was drunk, then the next day having to do a few more lines just to keep going, vicious cycle!! one that I never want to repeat, I was very fortunate that I stopped all these addictive things, my business didn't suffer,but emotionally I was getting wore down, but I've seen the light!! :)

Oh the Vegas thing, What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, isn't that the saying!! hahahahaha afterall it's sin city!!! never been there!
