I don't know what is wrong with me anymore. Yesterday at work, I kept blacking out like when you stand up to fast, but I would get totally disoriented and felt like I was going to fall down. Then I had pain in my stomach and felt nausiated. To top it off I then got a sharp pain in my butt, like I had pinched a nerve. Wait I forgot when I got home and went to bed I didn't fall asleep till 4 am and I was up at 7am. What is going on! I'm so scared.

i have used alot, but i have been clean since may. so i did go to the doctor and he thinks i might be diebetic. i personally think i have really screwed something up with all the drugs i've taken and then just going clean like that, with nothing. maybe i am still recovering. I JUST DON'T KNOW ANYMORE! it feels like life is falling apart and i just can't deal with it.
