something happened this morning,that broke my heart ,I was walking down ,one of the back rds ..for a brisk morning walk,with my sweet angels.(dogs)apts next to the rd off to the left,and there standing in th rd ,was I kid you not a 2 year old child ,playing in the rd ,no mom .or papa,,I went up to her ,waited about 15 min, no one came ,took the baby to the manger ,,do you no this child ,,ooo yes ,,,belongs to a lady ,well needless to say..the mother was home ,,and said this to me and the manger ,,,my boyfreind hit me over crack pipe ,,hit my head ,,and did not no she left out the door ,,this is a lie ..very upset ,yet I kept peace,,what should I do ,she lives with her grandmama,its a beatiful negberhood,drugs are everywhere????????what do I do,,the manger will look into it ,,,for one chidren should never be taken from there real mother,,no matter what ,for foster care is a nitemare,the chidren get abuesed there to ...oooo upset me so ,,and the girl .was just playing ,no care in the world ,,what brothered me ,,was the little was not scared to be alone,,like it happenes all the time,,now this is out in the county.so very few people ,BUT THIS IS NOT RITE ,,what should I do?????????????????? poopie(upset)we have chidren run lose ,on the land ,all the time ,,but it is gated and most people do not come only doing the harvest ,to only hand picked people ,so it is safe,for our kids,,,,just cant understand this ,,oooooo dear poopie

oooooooooo yes just wanted add this ,,why would she tell us ,the mom.she got hit over the head with a crack pipe ,,thats nuts ,,,thats saying she smokes that stuff,,does not make no cents,and is a crack pipe big ...ummmm something wrong here ,,,,well ,,,just worried about the little one,,,oo and the mom said to me .are you still for holween ..nice ha...this is not a good day ,,well need to call the,family ,talk later,,poopie dressed for holween,is what meant....
Oh sweet poopie Im so sad to know your fragile heart broke for this little lost girl.At least someone like you got involved,so many other things or people could of.Dear poopie I know this child will play on your mind for along time to come.I dont know what I would do in your shoes.NO CHILD deserves a lost childhood like that.All I can say sweety is pray for that baby something tells me she will need all our prayers.Love,,,mj
Poopie, maybe next time you should take the child to your house and call child protection in your area. They will investigate the living conditions. You could actually call and report it now to ensure that poor child isn't abandoned again. I would. Poor baby.

I would call the police if it happened again. That poor baby's life is in danger if no one is taking care of her. The police will get child services involved. Hit in the head with a crack pipe! HAH She needs to be smacked in the head with some sense.

Thank God it was you who was there and not some in-different person who would have just walked on by.
This child is living in dangerous circumstances and needs help. I would follow up with the manager to see if they did anything. I have heard horror stories about foster care, too but this little girl is already living an a bad life. She is so young and it's just a proven fact that people want to keep and/or adopt younger children, maybe the best could turn out for this little girl - you would be a part of this - be proud Poopie. I know you didn't do it for recognition, just being Poopie and trying to help this little innocent child.
