Just curious, Seems like when I get up and put in a full days work my normal 2 mg. Doesn't last as long as when I'm just sitting on the sofa watching tv. I've been down to 2 mg for about a week now trying to ween off this s***. I've been feeling pretty good so for the first time in a while I got my a** up and put in a good days work. I felt good all day but at dinner time I started getting the crawlys and was wanting a dose. Like it wore off faster when active ????
Anybody else feel this ???
Hi. I might be able to give you a little advice for I have been on this stuff for nine years and started tapering after Christmas. I am at .25 milligrams a day and plan on jumping soon in two weeks.
From my own personal experience, you will reach a ceiling effect staying at the same milligram. It basically doesn't work anymore and when I would get to that point it would be my time to taper. If you're at 2 milligrams I would adjust your dose to 1.75 mg. By the third day you might feel a little uncomfortable but once you get past three to five days of that dose you will start feeling better. I would try to stable out at each dose and stay there for about 2 weeks. And then would go down another .25mg. I would repeat this until I got under one milligram. At 1 milligram I would go slower and make sure you get the 2 milligram strips. I would cut them up into 4 pieces... Then after adjusting to the next milligram I would cut it into 5 even slices, then 6 even slices, then 7 even slices. This made the taper slower but easier to handle. I can make you out a graph. I'm at work right now on my break so I am using voice to text. I have been very successful considering my nine years on this and originally very scared. Now I am so pumped and proud and I have personally accepted my new life of being Suboxone free. The thought of that a year ago scared me to death.

Hey bud how are you? Have you been able to sleep? Cause I noticed when I finally got a few nights good sleep I felt so much better. The Doc prescribed me amitriptyline and it worked for me.
Been sleeping OK. I never have slept much maybe 6 hrs
Takes a shower and coffee to wake up feel kind of hung over when first wake
My goal is to ween off the sub and not take anything
Feb 24 is my clean date, I was doing 1/4 gram at a time 6 to 8 times a day
They gave me 60 strips and today I still have 29
I've been at 2 mg. For a while now I think tonight I'm cutting that in half when the 60 are gone I'm not going back
The thing that bugs me the most is ear ringing. It's like I got 10,000 f***ing crickets in my head
