Dear Would-love-some-advice

I am only twenty years old but the last 8 weeks has been some of my best ever... because i havent used adderall... I am self diagnosed ADHD but not prescribed the drug. In your personal situation you must remember that it has only been a few weeks and things don't change hugely rapidly. So even though sometimes you feel a little disconnected you must continue to recognize how far you have come. Recognize how difficult the steps you are taking are. Don't forget your bouts with drugs, because they need to fuel you for why you DONT do it anymore. The process of quitting is one that changes our lives... we must develop new habits and learn to live a new lifestyle... find a new love that captures you and helps you channel your energy.. I work out for 2 hours everyday and i love it.. i was even able to stop cigarettes recently because i can channel all that nervous energy from such huge strides into the gym.. in any event... never forget how great of an accomplishent you made and congratulate yourself for your strength.... and in time, the world will be much more lucid to you.. :-D
