It was on Wednesday night on CNN or MSNBC...pretty demented..they also suspect the boyfriend...
That is the sickest thing I have ever seen. I heard this type of story when I was younger but I always thought it was a joke(although not at all funny). I cant believe this woman, how could she ever think of this? Why wouldnt she give the baby away? In my home town about a year ago a young girl strangled her beby with her underwear right after she gave birth. I went to school with her brother and I know the family, why couldnt she just leave the baby on someones doorstep? She hid the pregnancy for the nine months, nobody would have suspected her. It just makes me so sad and I feel like throwing up. Let her rot in hell.
It is disgusting to me that any mother could ever harm her child. There are some very sick people in this world. To think when I was younger I went to my share of babysitter's. You just never know who is watching your children now days. I am very fortunate to be able to stay home with my children.
This woman lives in Dayton Ohio. That is my hometown. I was raised there for 20 years. Dayton has 39 homicide's this year alone. That's ridiculous! I am so happy to be out of there and very thankful my whole family is outta there now too.
There are sick people everywhere. I know who this woman's attorney is and he is VERY well known in the Dayton Area. One of the best. I hope she does some serious time for this crime. She deserves it. Either that or she goes to mental hospital and grows old there.

When I read these stories about tortured babies, it breaks my heart. I try so hard not to think of the pain these babies go through because of monsters like this. They are so innocent and you know they are looking up to these people with nothing but love and trust.
It just makes me want to hug my grandbaby and tell her how much she is loved.

Omg, Skeeter, that's got to be one of the worst things I've ever heard. That Mother had to be very evil or very ill. If mental illness was the cause of this, I pity her. Even once she got proper treatment, she would still have to face the horror of what she did. I pray the baby didn't suffer terribly.

That is by far the saddest thing I have heard. It said she left the baby with a sitter the night before; maybe she didn't do it?
If she did, that is the most absolutely horrible thing I have heard.
There is a case here (the lady lives three doors down) and i wrote about it before. This 19 year old boy was run over by a truck (his head) and left to die...he died in the ICU due to internal cranial hemorage.
The still have not arrested ANYONE.....the one of the suspects was the Chief of Police's nephew...
This poor lady goes to bed every night knowing her son was murdered and the little f***ers got away scott free.

It still could have been the babysitter. This woman was 26 years old and had 3 children ( 9, 7 and 4 years old) . She went out with her husband the night before and left her baby with a sitter. Which is CRAZY in my opinion. Who in the HELL would leave their one month old with a sitter but anyway she did. So it very well could have been the sitter. She went to the college my brother was attending. She worked fullt-time. Who knows if she did it or not.

I wondered how the woman from Virginia could have gotten such a light sentence for such a henious crime. If I read it correctly, though, it was said she had an epileptic disorder that caused black outs. I figure the courts decided that because of her illness she wasn't responsible, but then I have to wonder, why sentence her at all? You are either responsible for your actions or you aren't.
And in the first case, this is the second time the Mother has been arrested for this within a year. I would assume there have been lie detector tests and questioning from the babysitter. Whoever is guilty, I hope they pay dearly for that baby's life. What a sick world we live in.
