Friends across the pond........what goes on over there while we:

1) Put American flags on our lawn, door, or windows.

2) Get three kegs of beer, a blow up pool on the lawn, and those freeze pops
for the kids. They come in long plastic, and ya cut the top, and they
proceed to get jacked up on the sugar and eating plastic

3) Festivals. Any kind. Nothing to do with freedom mind ya. Well, I suppose
the right to ones music is freedom.

4) Fireworks. Yes sireeeee young men are attracted to these as they
are to the girls in stretch, acid washed jeans. They enjoy a big BOOM.
In Philadelphia the craddle of liberty where I hail from it is legal to buy
fireworks, and the likes, but not light em or use em. Perfect.

5) Ultimately someone gets in an argument by the end of the evening or strips
naked on top of a car. Ya know it's all good till it goes bad.

I will be spending my 4th pretending it's not the fourth... no beer, no fireworks, nothing, no fun... I'll be reading

Hi ya Bryn

We will be celebrating 4th of July here also ( across the pond ).
It's my grandaughters 1st Birthday.
We are going to have a kiddies party at my daughters place, a barbie, ice-cream and jelly.
