First of all I note the name and forum...I copy the post...then I email the mods (click on main categories, scroll down to the bottom till you see "Provide Feedback Here", put your board name in the top box, then in the big box, the posters name and forum and finally paste the text that they have written, the last step is to provide your email address and hit submit)
The mods are really good about getting those jerks out of here, they will block their IP address and prevent them from posting again.

i just wanted to drop in and say hi.ive been really busy and missed all my friends here!10 more days to three months! how have you all been? is everyone doing ok? ill be checking in a little more this week than i have been.between work and meetings i havent had time for anything else.it lookss like ill have a little free time the rest of this week though and hope to talk with you more.hope everyone had a good week so far (i did).i got to make some badly needed money.i did miss my meeting tonight but plan on going tomorrow.i have been messing up with my psyc meds latley,(not takeing them)so even though i should be really happy ive been a little depressed.im going to go back on them tonight.so i should be myself again soon!i really hate being strapped down to a bottle of anything anymore.i really bothers me to take them but i guess i have to.oh well guess ill talk at you later.
