Sheeeesh, I haven't made a mindless post in like forever. Any smart alecs who just thought "That's what she thinks" hold your tongues.

Here's one for ya. Did you ever have a person say to you "You know what you can do for me?" My mom does that constantly and she makes it like she's doing me a favor by doing something for her. It cracks me up.

Well now I have my grandmom doing it. LOL "Oh you can turn that aircondition on if you want to". Well, no I don't want to. LOL It's really a sort of manipulative thing people do if they feel guilty asking you to do too much.

Honestly I do not mind. I am Blessed to have a dear mom and a dear grandmom. It's just this evening when my gram said "Oh you can get yourself a freeze pop if you want". Errrrrrrrm, gram do YOU want one? LOL Of course she did.

People are funny. Life is funny. Manipulative relatives are just hilarious. Rant over now if you want you can all go get a pound of $20's if ya want. LOL

Aw Mom, ain't that the truth!

I hate it when people do that...but then I catch myself not always saying exactly what I mean...it's game-playing, we're taught it from an early age. It's funny to call people on it though...they don't even realise they're doing it most of the time!

Just popping in to say hi to our Brynster! I was happy that you were able to spend time with your daughter, she seems to be coming around a bit...that's awesome. Enjoy whatever time you get.

I haven't seen my son since May, so I feel ya on missing them. He called a few weeks ago saying he was coming out for dinner in the next week, well, I've given up with getting worked up and worrying about the "when". As for Jana, well, I told her off about the abusive bf and the stuff she did, stealing from her grandma and actually gave her the amount she stole, she tried to tell me "well if I wasn't on drugs, I wouldn't have done it" NO EXCUSE! Anyway, I haven't seen her, or my grandson since, haven't even talked to her, but hey, I felt good telling her that she's hurting her son by him seeing her being abused. Just a bit of a wake up call for her. Ah, we reap what we sow.
