I am going to the clinic for the 1st time tomorrow. Is there any way that I will be able to dose on this 1st visit? I've been on H for 5 years, and oxy 7 years before that, percs etc... before that. I am really hoping that they might give me a reduced dose or something because i can't take being sick anymore. should I just come out and tell them that I am seriously at the end of my rope or not? Suboxone worked for me in the past, but once I started with dope that went out the window. It doesn't even take the electricity out of my teeth anymore let alone the real withdrawl symptoms.

I am sorry for not responding sooner, I think when I saw your post you had already been to the clinic.
As I'm sure you found out, if you went, you are dosed on the first day after filling out papers, being examined, etc.
