It'll be 48 hours since I've had a burn in another hour and a half. I've been eating valium, dalmane & zimmofane for the last 36 hours. Don't know how many sleepers I took last night and all I got is 3 hours sleep..

That insomnia was always the worse for me. We know it passes though. You can do this.

Take it easy with those "sleepers"- - They can be trouble. Your system is looking for opiates & taking those isnt going to take the dope sickness away.
My guess is you will wake up feeling worse.- So do what you gotta go,but be careful.
