Hi all, thanks for all the support. I feel pretty bad today, my mum is winding me up something chronic, everything she's doing right now just gets to me... I'm trying not to get angry with her, I just feel like crap...
Three weeks doesn't seem like much really right now. I just want to crawl in my bed and stay there...

Hi Izzy you will feel better tomorrow,maybe even before this day is over. This too shall pass. We all have bad days. Hang in there and try and stay calm. Go for a walk,read something positive,anything but drink. I know when I first gave up drinking I would get annoyed real quick and lots of things got on my last nerve. I still get days like that but now I am learning that I am NOT responsible for other people's moods,their actions,or what they say. I am ONLY responsible for my OWN actions and reactions. Therefore I try and not let a potentially good day be ruined by my mood. It will all come together. Think of something pleasant and RELAX. Take care (((((( ))))))
