I've gone 4 days without the drink now. I'm trying to start again as I wont get to the Hospital for 4 months. That's the waiting list for antabuse. I only hope I can keep it up. I gave all my money to my mum so I can't spend it on drink and that seems to be helping. I'm staying away from the shop too. It's not so hard when I get down to it I've just been feeling very lost... tight stomach not knowing what's wrong just feeling stressed. I'm determined to stick with it...

Good for you Izzy;) Don't give in... take it from someone who has relapsed over and over again! I never get to the point that i think i'm trying to get to;( I NEVER WILL! And most likely you won't either., Enough IS enough already right? That was for both of us;)
Thanks Jayde... one drink's too many and also not enough... I am gonna try and stick with it each day as it comes... Hope you are coping with your efforts too!
