I forgot to post on my 4 year smoke free anniversary. I am so grateful that I did it again. I got my life back. I hated the feeling of always hiding or being embarassed that I smoke. The heavy feeling in my lungs. That knowing that I was doing it against my own best judgement. This site works for me for some reason. Thanks goodness I found this site so long ago. So grateful.
Smoking is such a hard habit to break and congrats for you for breaking free of smoking 4 years ago!
I’m new here but it is inspirational to see so many stories of successfully beating addiction such as yours on this forum.
Congratulations on reaching your 4‑year smoke‑free milestone! That’s a huge achievement and it’s clear how much it’s changed your life for the better—no more hiding, embarrassment, or heavy lungs, just freedom and pride in your own choices. It’s inspiring to hear how you’ve reclaimed your health and confidence, and how the support of that site helped you stay on track. Four years is a powerful reminder of what persistence can do, and your gratitude shines through beautifully.
