My Dear Sober Turtle,You matter to me,I wish I could've prevented Christophers fate...But I will continue to be here for the friends I have made here..although we have never met in the flesh I have grown to care for you...I want you to know and believe you matter. ..cause you do...I know the gaping wound that has been left in my life my heart and soul...I wish no one to feel the pain or the emptiness....my world even though filled with pain and sorrow was also filled with many precious moments with my son...I mourn for the moments we were robbed of and the moments we shall never share. ...I rejoice in the moments I shared with him.....his smile forever etched in my memory...Believe that even through it all....we managed magical moments....I am so proud of you...I have to believe that with each experience we have in life. ..each path traveled we can either crumble or we can believe there was a lesson to be learned ....an experience to share with others a strength to offer others....Please believe your family needs you ....believe in yourself look ahead glance back and remember the lessons yoy have gathered remember the mistakes as to never repeat them again...take each day to reflect on what good you do have and build upon them....Realize tomorrow always holds promise and hold that faith ....You matter ...be strong.....we care about you....the greatest love in life is the love you have for yourself...God bless.Much love my friend.

Thank you soberturtle for the compliment but you do the work and as someone once said to me.. I am just the vessel that God uses to help you.I am a recovering drunk who is on the same journey as you,just a little farther along.Of course I think you are the greatest sponsee EVER and it is a pleasure to see you grow in your recovery. working with you strengthens my sobriety therefore you keep me sober too.
