hey everyone
well today is the 9th day and last night i got a little sleep. i just want to thank everyone who has posted and all of you have been an encouragement to me
i would just like to say all you guy's are awesome. still have some sort of junk going on inside me though. i, last night, also experienced still alot of the leg twitches, inside jerking at times like i just want to claw my eyes out. but i just want to celebrate today as being , going on my 9th day. my wife has some klonipin does anyone know anything about that? is it addictive? does it help?
or should i just stay pill free and ride it out?
thank all of you
johnny
i would ride it out if i were you im on day 13 just got sleep last night but still have those involuntary leg twitches i have a few more days to go i think si if you just hang in there a little longer you should be fine i found that with the klonopin i would eat them all to get some kind of high after taking one there is no one for me you will start to feel much better soon i know exactly how you feel good luck and keep up the good work
all i can say is to just hang in there i still have that jerking felling but the chills are what i really can't stand i got alittle sleep last night too . 7days clean here first time in to many years, but i am starting to feel better day by day just keep hanging on
Atoz, Chuck, BA -- you all are fighting the good fight and helping others while you're doing it.....your courage and character are clear as day .....This thread made my day. Hang in, you all are walking the walk and it shows. M.
Johnny;
I am prescribed klonopin specifically for panic disorder/attacks. I have never abused this drug (go figure!) and it helps me deal with my problems in that specific space. I take it exactly as prescribed each day. That being said I would suggest you stick with your current plan of recovery and not introduce any new prescription drugs. Klonopin is a benzo and is highly addictive.
However, if your truly feel that klonopin or a similar drug is necessary for you, please speak with a medical professional first.
Congrats again on the 9 days - that's great news!!!
