I found out last night that your Adrenal glands CAN become overworked and eventually exhausted.
I also asked my teacher about the supplements, and she said that they can work.
She said to go to the doctor and get a simple adrenal function test.
So, LLH, why not have your doctor test your adrenals?

llh, best thing i ever did was discover the adrenal exhaustion- narcotic connection and address the PHYSICAL aspects of my pill abuse,..
its not always only the mental aspects we need to deal with..real physical changes hapen as a result of daily over use..
When you FEEL better, its easier to address the emotional - spiritual changes that need to take place...

I am having problems with my computer too...
One of my sisters talked me into joining her at a bingo room...lol..and it made me lose my..."Multimedia Audio Controller"???? Now i have no sound..
Ive tried at least 20 different sites to download it and cnat find my original CD that came with the laptop...so ..im screwed..probably will have to hire Dr. Nerd
to come out to fix it....i hte to do that $150.00 for 10 mins work...ugh.
