Alright Robbie,yeh the time has certainly flown by as regards cleantime..cant say its been easy sailing,but im here&sober.Mate the ol action men were classic..i had one with the shifty eyes...eagles eyes or sumsuch..also was well into my lil toy soldiers nothing fancy just the plastic ones,but my bro would take great pleasure in decapitating them especially the Germans...yeh that quid would go a long way to&a banana or orange..lol.All the best mate....Davey
Oh man Davey! I'm so glad to see you around. I've been wondering where you've been. Thank you for the belly laugh. Tried for crimes against humanity. Good one! I'm so glad to hear you're doing well. And Sian sounds great. My life goes on as usual. Not much new. Been through bloody hell trying to get one boys car to pass a yearly emissions and safety inspection. Came home tonight as all was repaired. Not 5 minutes ago we're were pulling out of the garage to get the final inspection and he tore off the passenger mirror. Man, I tell ya...I'm glad you're back on line. We can keep up now.
And Robbie too! How very nice to see you again Robbie. As always with the both of you, reaching out to help someone. I hope Charlie is well. How's the job? Ready for Christams yet? Well, he didn't want to laugh at first. Just hung his head. I did laugh however and told him sometimes that's all you can do. So he took off fast for the junkyard as he had found a car there good for parts, (real old car) and they were about to close. Mirror was perfect and all was well until he discovered he had the wrong spanner, lol. We laughed again. Christmas party already, eh? Enjoy them while their young cuz as they get older, the price of the things they want goes up exponentially! More crimes...

..Nice to hear from you as always..I've just gotta go into work this weekend and the jobs finished..i don't think i'll find anymore work before xmas..but i've got a few things to sort out in my flat anyhow..wanna paint charleys room/the kitchen and lay sum new floorboards in my living room..so i suppose after the weekend is a good a time as any to sort it..yep am ready for xmas..as its just us 2 we don't have to get much done..we just put a tree and lights up..don't really bother with other decorations..charley goes to his nans at xmas with his mum..sees his in laws and that..my sister always invites me over to hers for xmas day if i feel like going..so just see wot happens..well boys will be boys lol..always gotta nag em to make sure they're doing their school work lol..not saying your a nagger beck lol ;-) ..we had some real bad weather here yesterday..litrally blew the roofs off some houses up in north london..i was watching it on the news..total devastation on their faces..and homeless now..such a shame..just go to show no matter how bad things get for us at times..theres always people worse off (not saying that makes our problems easier to deal with by thinking about others misfortunes)..but im just so grateful for what i have in life when ya look around ya..good to hear from ya beck..im sure we'll catch up soon..so until then..you and ya boys take care..Robbie..

Things here haven't gone quite to plan....major relaspe, a lot of crap has happened and a lot of lies have been said, basically since August, but the past few months are when it really went downhill. he did get down to 30ml, but when he confessed all about a month ago the clinic doubled his dose so now he way back up at 60ml....the highest he has ever been...which personally i think is too high, as does he....he can't stay awake half the time and has no energy for anything. i think he has been clean for two weeks now (i think) But he is trying to follow the advice of the clinic so....
He messed up big time,he's in a right muddle with work, as basically wasnt working....so he might loose the business, he is also now in a lot of debt.
We are ok, we obviously went through a big rough patch over the past few months, things are now slowly getting better, but its not easy, i have a lot of anger and resentment, and saddness, he has a lot of regrets, guilt and saddness too. But we are trying to work things out. Its a struggle as you said.
I can imagine the fear of coming off after 7 years of taking methadone.....give it a try...slowly as you say...if you don't feel ready to taper ....don't....take you time and do whatever you think is best for you.
I'm going home for Xmas, two weeks, boyfriend is coming over for a week too. Hopefully this will be a time to relax and just spend some quality time together, try and forget all the stresses here for a bit.
Hope you have a fun time with Santa...don't forget to tell him what you want as well as Sian!!! Though i am sure i read once that you said you were over 6ft....so you might squash poor old santas knee!!!!
