How long do these withdrawel symptoms last
I feel terrible and it's only a day since I had a drink
Can't go to the doctor
Can anyone advise me what to do to help

Hi! I'm sorry, I dont know. Dont be scared ok? You will be ok. Can you call a health line and ask? I live in B.C. and they have a B.C.health nurse line opened 24 hours. I think you will be ok if you can just get thru the day.

You will get through it. It will take a 2-3 days. The first day is always the worst. Hang in there :)
