There's drug bags in my neighborhood, and being clean for quite some time now I'm not up on all this. That's a good thing. Still though we need to educate ourselves.
I guess it's different according to where you live. I'm East Coast.
Finding little tiny yellow plastic bags. I mean little. Then bigger red ones that are maybe an inch by an inch or two. Tiny, tiny little bottles with black screw on caps. No dope bags thank heavens unless they changed the packaging which I doubt. Also found a stem. A crack pipe it is. That I know what it looks like and it was broken.
