Hiya guys! So sorry England didn't win Robbie. Sounds like there's still plenty of ball to be played. Hope it's enjoyable to you and you make a $buck or 2 on it. Good on ya both for doing so well staying off the gear. Enjoy the kids while their young. Mine are nearly 17 and I hardly ever see them between work, their dad and play.

hows things Robbie&Emily,are you both in mourning today,after Englands untimley departure from the w/cup?.its deff. taken the spark out of it for me.on the recovery front today is feeling tough,am bored,moody&feeling just a bit sorry for myself.cant get heroin out of my head also the benzos are calling,its not 1day at a time but every hr.a mate?rang who knows im off all asking did i want any gear or valium it nearly broke me ,but after telling him to f!!k off&leave me alone i dont feel triumphant,just feel well low.my only course of action was to give my m/phone to my mum[turned off]¬ to give it back till tomm,luckily she knows the reasons why&is some support.sorry for goin on folks its just one of those boring sundays,i know i will pull thru but today has gotta be one of the worst yet,suppose tomm.will be the start of a new week&starting my 7th week clean...yippee....all the best ...davey
