Hi Karen,

There's only so much you can do or give someone who is detoxing........have you ever done this or helped with it before and has the person done this before if it's not you?............I'm just asking because it's not pretty and the first time can be a huge shock to the person of course and the person helping.

Something for upset stomach.............something for nausea.........you don't or can't eat................OTC pain relievers..........everything hurts.........your hair hurts...............so something like Advil or asprin or something is about it, but it's not going to put a dent in it...........the person isn't going to sleep so some people try like a Tylenol PM..................IMO, it don't help..........right now that's all I can think of...............I took antihistamines because you sneeze and are all stuffed up.............I can't advocate all of that just recalling what I took.

Best thing you can do is get in the tub.............baths..........hot baths.........that helps because you ache...........and keep the persons mind busy.

Sorry if that's not helping.............someone else should be along that maybe can help more................wishing you all the very best and please feel free to post and share and all.........lots of good listners here.............who have all been through it.
Hey Bryn, it is for a client who wants to detox, he gets pill sick quite alot so he knows how that goes, normally he has nothing to get him through that.
sorry I am going under two diff screen names here, I was at work and could not remember my password, so I came on as another one.
