I didnt say anything but this week I had a mole looked at by a dermatologist. Its on my left leg. My mother works for him, well he just called and said we have to have it cut out next week. Minor surgury, stiches etc. I told I cant take pain meds so this should be fun
He said i can take ibuprophin 800 mgs??
F it no pain is worth going through wd again

It is nice when you can go tto the dr. and tell them no narc's and they do whatever they can to help you without them..normally when I went in for a toradol shot I would also get a demerol shot...well I didn't last time, and to be honest with ya, I could not tell a difference...
I am sure come January I will be having an epadural again..anything to help the pain and burning subside

Its gonna suck for a few days. I had one taken out years ago but they gave me vics. Not this time. No pain is worth messing up my brain again . No way. At this point if i lost a limb I would suck it up

Liticane is not a opiate correct. He said they are going to shoot that and then just cut the area out. It will be painful but tolerable. What a week then i have the dam drug test on friday with the sub dr and I have finals tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reddog, It may not be that bad. My dad had 7 moles cut off under his arm, and all in one day and he didn't take anything but motrin 800. I don't think the surgery will leave you in much pain.

Red..it's not going to be a big deal, I promise. I had a mole removed off my back last year and it didn't hurt at all. The worst part is when they numb it. But once that wore off, I didn't feel anything. So stop stressing. And I'm sure it there won't be anything to the pathology either.

I have several cut out, they only thing that hurts is the shot to numb it.
After that, motrin you may not even need that.
