I have been using nurofen plus for the past 8 years and it was an emergency stay in hospital, that prompted my husband to challenge me about my addiction..i had stashed 10 empty boxes in my car and he found them..he asked my daughter if she knew about my addiction and she broke down and admitted that i had used her to buy them in various chemists on a weekly basis..i was taking up to 64 tablets a day..i have now been without them for 5 days, its killing me but my mental state is improving..the physical withdrawel is hard but i know its best for me and my family, as i was heading towards overdose&death..anyone coming off these awful tablets, hang on in there as it will get better..
If you can successfully walk away from the pills then do it.
If you can't, then get to NA like millions of others do.
