Hey Thanks Everyone who posted. Gosh I can't beleive that was back in Febuary. I'm doin better, I really like saraquell(sp?), it's taking alot of the jitters and restlessness away. Though the other day, I was in group and the therapist kept downin me, then later on in our one on one, he told me that he thought I had used that day, I tried to explain to him that once an addict, always one,some days I guess I still go thru all the feelings do you know what I mean? We shouls ome how start our own Bipolar/addict site, any one know how to?

Doe I am right there with ya. Manic/bipolar and back surgery which left a metal plate n my neck. So anti depressants and pain pills I live on. Need to learn to help myself but not sure where to start.
