Greetings fellow posters and all you fabulous people........long time no "talk"....hope everyone is well...........life has been busy and as chaotic as usual here and i am loving my grandson up more every day ;-)

talking of birthdays,and i wish u a super one.there used to be a scottish band called altered images long time ago in the mad punk days,not that they were hardcore,they had a hit with happy birthday.reason i am writing this s*** is that i met there drummer in a petrol station near where i live and had a natter with him.the reason i know him is because he played with another band who played in my local and were pretty good until one night they brought an entourage with them and the place went up in the air.what a battle it was and although at my age i shouldnt be saying this,it was f***in great,and lets just say they never came back.u know what the little mining villages r like kev.they should all have goverment health warnings,exspecially when i was there to lead the troops into battle.
anyway bryn.....am just a pussykat now so hugs and best wishes on your 22nd birthday,,,xxxxxxxxxxxx..........eckie........

See how sweet my friend is that Tres..........she had her own stuff going on yesterday and still found time to come on and write this for me.
O.K. admittedly I am in QUEEN BABY mode......never cared about my birthday.
Tres and my brothers remembered..........and that was so nice, but of course the one person I hoped remembered didn't.
F*ig me, right? I know I shouldn't be a sissy..........sorry for the whine as ususal...........what kind of daughter don't even call her mother on her birthday.......and my nephew says to me "Annie what did you EXPECT?"....that's a good question, but I don't know.........expect........then I see my mom with the mail in her hand.............she's wiping tears...........this is the ONLY time this lady cries............I ask her what the heck is wrong.....she just holds up the mail and goes "Not even a card".
Sorry, as I appreciate you all..............thank you..........heck, I am clean and not crippled and can see with my dollar store glasses.........what more can a person want?

There have been times when I have been disappointed by my loved ones. It's hard to do sometimes but it makes for a much happier life if we count our blessings rather than cry about the blessings we want but can't have...at least for now. I strongly feel that one day your relationship with your daughter will be reconciled. We'll keep praying until that happens!
