Darin, you are too much =) Johnny Quest's little pug was Bandit and he was one cool pet, and the other kid is Haji.
Here's where I go 'true confessions' on ya, I LOVE comic books and have since I was a kid and would walk to the country store on the Cape and spend my few quarters allowance on Richie Rich, Archie, Superman, and Little Lulu comics. I lived for those trips to the store, followed by an afternoon on the beach reading in the sun. Later there were trades and shares and looking forward to the next issue. Life was good...I always liked reading'em better than watching'em because I decided what their voices sounded like...much more interesting that way.

On the subject of kids programmes, Bagpuss is king! That saggy old cloth cat that Emily loved. And the mouse organ, "heave, heave, heave !" Professor Yaffle, he was cool. Bring on the bagpuss!!!! I keep looking for dvds, but ain't found one yet. Charlton and the Wheelies, that was top banana too!

Im not a stupid guy, but some of these freakin cartoons today are over my head
