Sure But I wish I had started the day I took my last pill....
Hopefully he is doing it with his doctors help, or at least dr. aware he is doing it. Was he on methadone for pain? and how much has he been using.
Just so you know it was not an easy w/d but I did it...make sure to tell him to take many bathes or hot hot showers.and get plenty of rest...He will have issues with not sleeping, so just make sure he takes it easy and drink lots of liquids.teas helped my also...
If you go to the natural food store where they sell good herbs, tell them what he is going off of, and they will be of great help....
Here is what I took:
GABA......4 @ 4 times a day.puts back the gaba that the brain has been deprived of due to the drug
DLPA......4 @ 3 times a day.helps with pain, and gives some energy.I think.LOL not that I had any
Vit. C.......2 in the morning...500 mg..helped me go poo again.......
what a relief after all the years of not going..
Tell him my prayers are with him, and if he needs some help there are great folks on here to help him thru

Thanks for the information, I will pass it on to my son. I am hoping he will start posting himself. He is not doing alot of sleeping and doesn't have alot of energy. He said he was taking up to 60 mg or something like that of meth a day. I really know so little about it, i just know from reading on here it is no fun to come off of. I am trying to help him and encourage him to go for outside help. I am hoping he will start posting on here this week. Thanks again.

Thank you everyone. Im sur ei will be ok. I have no other choice than to be ok. I pray the wd is not too bad. Otherwise why did i even use the dam sub. ive been on it short term and thats it
