Ok since I quit I have almost NO impulse control..I get fixated on things, obsess, and do things seem harmless but could end my relationship..things I never did or thought of doing loaded/drunk..maybe drunk when I was younger. I feel I'm worse (in that aspect) being clean..I KNOW I am, i don't know how to control...familiar to anyone??
I do have few theories why...I just don't know how to stop
