I am really struggling with the 12 steps of NA...Why? Because I am not a Christian. i am sorry if that offends anyone, I do not mean to. While I do believe in a higher power, it is not a God. But all everyone wants to talk about in meetings is the Lord and God. I feel really out of place...but I need the meetings. Anyone else in the same boat? Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance for replies...and please do not judge me....I have had enough of that lately when I told everyone I was an addict, don't think I can take anymore.
