Thank you guys. The reason I had mentioned it on Jane's thread was because I have been passed over four times for promotions within my company which left me feeling really sad and inadequate. However, if I would have been promoted to a different business unit, I most likely would not have gotten this award in my new position. The one thing I have learned is that God does have a different timeline than I do. Sometimes, I don't agree with it but everything works out the way it is supposed to. Now, I have something to spruce up my resume, lol.

Yes, he does and once I could accept that, life is a lot more peaceful....and the one my sponsor always reminds me of, I am exactly where I'm supposed to be right now.....LOL....
