Hey there.

I am hoping I am reading this correctly, if not please let me know.......

You were on a low dose of Xanax (alprazolam) and had significant withdrawal symptoms? I have founght anxiety for so long, I cant remember when it even started, Tried acupuncture, chiropractic, all of it, I tried..........but to no avail, I would pace the floors all night and day, yet get nothing accomplished. I had good days and bad, but the bad were really starting to weigh out the rest.

In the past I was precribed Klonopin (clonazepam) at a very low dose and did well with it, and came off with no ill effects really, maybe a little moody, but that was it, and up and down for a night or two.

Just cuirious, I am sorry to be so invasive, but I am really wanting to hear your experience with this, when you get time.

Jody- My dose was 1.5mg a day..but it was for a long time..what do you want to know. I am an open book here

No, not taking any "bricks" wafers, or whatever they are. I meant to say two mg's total...........per day.

1 mg twice daily.
