alright Yvonne..aint been on the board much..due to p.c f***ups.I lapsed on benzos after 5mnth.clean from them&brown..but am just more resolute to have a drugfree exsistance.Hope yer doin good..lots of post ..which i find is usually good for the head.gonna read a few.Take care&well chat soon ...Davey
