Red..........
You are kicking some butt :) You are so fortunate to have caught this when you did for some a relapse can go on for years and years. You were smart and got it under control Fat.
Your mind and body are healing more and more each day and those endophins are starting to flow on there own :)
Try not to concentrate to much on the day though....................Whenever I did that it made each day seem to last a long long time.. JMO though.
You are clean and that is all that matters, and will be for the rest of your lfie.
Hugs.
oh, and congrats on the job oppurtunity, let us know how that goes.

That was a nice post java girl. Thank you. Yea it was a 3 month relapse but 20 pills a day. So I really got sick
If I look at withdrawl via economics I use the example of the price of gasoline
Gas will always go up and down right? But.. when it drops it will never fall below the initial price. Look at it now. It dropped but its $2 a gallon. We will never see gas at $1 again
The same for wd and addiction. Every time you relapse it gets worse and worse. The wd lasts longers and longer and the addiction gets stronger and stronger. The disease lets off where it dropped off but at more a severity.
I will certainly let you all know how I do on the interview. I just posted for the job today, it takes a little while to get the interview. More time for me to feel better, but im getting there!

Hi Reddog
24 days is wonderful. Someone once said (I don't remeber who) the key to stopping an addiction is in the 3's. 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months, 3 years.
If that formula is true, you're half way there!
Keep it up.
