Deadbeat Ex Wants Xmas Eve

Hi Shantel. Yes I got yours. I will write back when I can. I'm watched like you wouldn't believe though..

Thank you...I will write back.
Ker- First off, by her stating she sought a TRO to "teach you a lesson to respect their schedules." is an admission of contempt of court. You obviously have no proof she said it but as you know, legal intimidation (OOP, TRO) is fairly common in divorce proceedings, and abuse of the legal system, if ever provable, is illegal. Going forward, limit your interaction with him to corespondance in writing and stick to the kids and with her, well, no need to even interact with her. ZERO conversations, unless the kids are hurt or sick or something. She's not worth the effort and she can twist anything you say into anything she wants. He's a big boy. Have him grow up and be a father.

Two, I assume you had the court issue an order of withholding from your exs pay. First of all, failure to comply with a court order is contempt. Each failure is one count of contempt. Also, typically, if he fails to withhold, the business itself is liable for the amount and recoverable through them, so you have legal recourse there.
