I am feeling like $hit. Signed out early Captain let me sign out early from the station he likes my work.
I am on anti biotics a high dosage of sub 8mg looking to cut a mg a week until I get to 2 then .5 each two weeks until off. That is how I did last time so long way to go.
But the depression is the worst. My sub doctor is trying to put a 4-5 person meeting for people who have to deal with bad pain without the use of drugs.
I may have to take sub as part of my maintenence-- not sure. time will tell.
Put on some weight between being laid up and the A/D and the rest of the $hit.
Need to get back to walking but I am pale white and am quite weak.
I do not want to have to boost my steroids so just riding it out.
Work is slow no bombings murders are at an alltime low.
