It's like an ellyptical machine but harder. The strides are longer and it is more intense. Unfortunately, there are only six of them at my gym so you have to be fast or go at the right time. I like it more than the regular ellyptical machine.

Gotcha!! I love the ellyptical machine.. That is da bomb! I swear it has made a big difference in my arms. There was a time that I couldn't stay on that machine for longer than 10 minutes without thinking I was going to die. LOL Now I can get on it and go for about 30 minutes at a time. Then my arms start cramping up.
Good luck getting back into the routine this week. My mom went out of state last week to visit a friend, so I didn't go a couple days last week. So tomorrow at noon I will be getting my butt back in there and do what needs to be done.
Have a good night.

You are doing great! Have you ever tried "the never ending stair machine," lol. Or, at least that's what I like to call it. It's the machine where you just keep walking up stairs that are moving. Now, that kills me.

Yes we have a couple of those. My girlfriend used to have one in her spare bedroom about a year ago. I used to go there and work out on it here and there. I have used it at my gym but it's been a couple months ago. I try and steer clear of that machine. LOL
Another killer is the butterfly machine that works the inner part of your legs. I swear I did WAY to many of them in the beginning and could hardly sit down to use the bathroom. haha. Learned my lesson real fast! Some of those machine's you shouldn't get on unless you really know what your doing. That is why I hired a personal trainer a few times. He drained my bank account and I had to let him go:-0) I swear those personal trainer's make a lot of money!! I had to let him go but it was fun while it lasted:-0)
Tim,
I forgot to answer your question. I am not in Miami. I live real close to Tampa.
You all have a good evening. I am off to bed.

Rae- Ya, I used to ride all the time..it started really big time when I moved to Clearwater but after moving back, I kept it up as was doing 60 miles or so a week. In the winter it was so cold and my ex was telling me what an idiot I was but it really helped with withdrawl..even though i ws sick I still did it until I just couldnt anymore and by that time, I was hooked on the ride. Around June, I started up again..not as much though but still 2-3 times a week. By summer, I'll be back to normal. I just need to gain more weight. The good thing is when I lost all that weight, and now putting it back on, it's coming back more muscle than it used to be. It's just taking mre longer now to gain that it normally would. So, yes, I was that dork you saw weaving in and out of traffic on Rt. 19.
I do yoga and pilates, and I walk. I used to be a daily runner, but I can't do that anymore, so I walk up hill to get the intentisty I want, or walk in the sand.
I just started this new stuff called CellFood and have heard good things about it. It supposedly helps your body cleanse and heal itself.
I also found this stuff called NanoGreens and PSP (for your brain) and I am a skeptic about some nutritional stuff; but I love the Psp. I feel better after taking it; maybe it works. It has supposed polypeptides for the brain and helps with neroulogical function; I need all the help I can get in that area.
