Is it possible to remain sober without AA or NA? and without believing?
Most of the people posting here seem to be going to AA or NA meetings and talking about their faith.

Hi i dont know much about na but i went on a site and basicaly got told i couldnt call myself clean as i was still using subutex they said to be clean was to be free of all drugs so i personaly dont belive in it but maybe i jaut spoke to someone who had really strong views about using anything they must of been one of them who say my body is a temple. But that is just my experiance with one person from na they are probrbly better people on here takw care sue

..Yep..i personally think it is possible to stay clean without going to meetings..it depends on the persons strength of character also..up until now i,ve been off heroin for 5months just..i don,t bother with meetings..i feel strong enough to continue my recovery without them..and if i were to relapse..it would,nt be down to not goin to a n/a meeting..it can be done..just depends if ppl wanna do it with or without meetings..Robbie..

Yup, I'm comming up on month four, no NA for me... was clean for an entire year without anytype of support grioup, now I have these guys! :)
Im coming up 14 months and ive never been to a meeting, but everybodys different!

I just had two years, and no NA, but many, many people do very well in the program. The person has to make that choice.
