Did you see where elvis's Dr dropped her a whole mil at one time. God bless her. I would shove the ashton manual straight up his..... *deep breath*... I wouldnt have been to happy with him. In fact, would have fired him on the spot if he wasnt willing to work the Ashton with me.
That sucks I ain't doing nothing like that. It is gonna be slow, never had a seziuer (sp) don't want to start now.
Just pray, he is a great dr though.

You have gotten my point. Thank god! If he is a good Dr he will let you plan your work and work your plan. Hopefully meaning the Ashton Manual. I cant say enough about it. It saved my life. It made my addiction recovery as pleasant as anyone could ever pray for.
Again, I did my taper way too much way too fast. I DO NOT recommend this. That was what worked for me. Not because I am special but because I am deathly afraid of pills now. I tapered as fast and as much as I could and still function with lil risk of seizures. I tapered in almost two months. I was looking at 6-8.... no thanks. But, you do what works for you baby girl.

hey kyra i havent been feeling too well well lately on the last drop 1mg last friday ive been having some hallucinations and nightmares, i posted it all under my thread so u can read all about it in there. they are thinking of putting me in hospital for a while.....i dont really want to go but it might be for the best, im on the last bar....ill see how i go but havent been feeling too great. have a look at my lastest post in my thread "my new goal". i will be coming off the next drop a quarter instead of a whole mg, but not everyone beleives in the ashton and its their right so be it and im just trying my best! im doing what works best for me i guess from now on anyway!

Hi sweetie, how u doing today. U said ur doctor said you can taper at quarter .50mg, can u start now or do u have to wait until next time???
Maybe if u start now u'll feel better, BUT check with ur doctor first.

hey zodi i cant start now lol cuz i just came down 1mg, i have to wait a month before i come down anymore! i dont understand these .50 is that a quarter if so then yeh, next month when i come down hes letting it be a quarter which is half a mg, so quite a bit less, and he said we can go alot slower on the last bar!

That drop will produce such a drop in your blood serum level to give you the most excruciating side effects. If it is xanax you are talking about. I just pray its not.
OK - you really really need to get good information on this - dont trust the docs esp in the US - you need to read Ashton. For you health's sake. Your life has to be worth at least 1/2 hr reading?

sorry rikki im just really sick of hearing about ashton, im on a plan, on a schedule and my docs arent going to change it cuz of ashton....yes it was a 1mg drop on xanax but from now my doc has agreed to only drop me a quarter on xanax instead of a full mg...thanx for the advice anyway take care xo

Ahhhh I thought it was a 1 mil drop in Xanax, didnt realize it was valium.

GOD BLESS THE USA! and the Ashton. If my Dr tried some crazy stuff like that with me I would use my manual to beat him with it. Then, once we settled down I would educate him about something he obviously wasnt taught about in medical school.... BENZO ADDICTION/TAPER/WITHDRAWAL.

so u have a doctor now mrs understood?! for a long time u were getting ur xanax from god only knows where!?!!? (me being nieve and all) and i know where i would like to stick that ashton right now............ill keep it to myself!

Mrs. Understood, ur wrong my doctor today wants me to start tapering off 1.0mg starting today. Read my thread on Open for Suggestions. I'm in Florida and she point blank said ur to start today with 1.0mg drop, oh and start taking Ambien.............another addictive drug. WTF I'm not doing it her way.
