Emz...go to www.msn.co.uk and download msn/instant messenger from there. It gives you step by step instructions, you choose your email addy and pssword and then hey presto you can send instant messages to friends! Its handy and addictive!!
Dont forget to add me to your buddy list when your set up and send me a message. You also get an email account with it!
