Energy Crisis...

Hey everyone, nice to find a place to help with what I'm going through and see that I'm not alone!

I've been on methadone for just under a year. I maxed out at 35mg knowing full well the higher you go, the harder it is to get off...

So I've been coming down at 5mg increments and am now at 20mg. I haven't had very bad withdrawal symptoms up to this point. My problem is with fatigue. I just never seem to have much energy. Even after a week or two after my decrease, the fatigue continues...

So, my question is what can I do to combat the energy loss? I'm assuming it's only going to get worse the lower I go. I'm concerned that when I come off completely, I'll still be carrying this fatigue, so what can I do to keep the loss of ebergy minimal or have no loss at all? Is there a vitamin cmbo that would help? Hitting the gym? Anything at all? I work full time in a factory and its a challenge at the best of times, this is making it unbearable. I have a 2 year old son who needs his daddy to be able to do stuff with him, and I very much want to. That's my biggest problem and the biggest danger when it comes to relapsing. so I need to counter it.

Thanks in advance for any and all help you can share!

for energy vitamin b-complex or my personal favorite roxylean from GNC it is a weight loss pill but will give you tons of energy if you can take it some people get gitters from them but not me they make me feel like superman I take both roxylean and vitamin b-complex

If you are trying to get completely off methadone I suggest you start taking these things now

heretohelp was my old name and I had to change it but you can search it and read my 13 month update under the name heretohelp2
Will the roxylean suppress my appetite? I'm only 120lbs, can't afford to lose any weight, lol.
Thanks,
Ryan
sorry I am not on here much but yes it will kinda suppress your appetite and make you burn more calories but you could take a weight gainer if you need to.
