Hopefully by now Ginge will of got the news that his brother and my brother in law Darren was in a helicopter crash today near Townsville in Australia
He is ok and in hospital with suspected back fractures and is in a neck and lower back braces and the pilot is alive as well but has a broken back
Ginge is currently showing two mates from home around Canada and the US and i think he may be in LA so please send him some energy and Darren and the pilot and there families as well
And if by some fluke you havent heard Ginge and read this things are cool Darren is ok just sore and on some drugs that in our day we could of made some good money onLOL, and Ade is there now and Jen is flying over tomorrow, ring your Ma.

I just said a prayer for Ginge and his brother. I also said a prayer for the pilot and your family and you....today I am grateful for you Zac and the love and gratitude that you bestow upon others.....

Thanks bud, I found out tues evening, No good huh,
I was in Mexico so uncontactable, Thanks to everyone elses posts,
Im on way to canada now, sitting in LAX,
Had 2 weeks with 2 old mates that drink, one perfect.. other alcholic,
And very hard to put with,the day has,nt begun till he has had his beer,
Thank god Im sober, He even told me I should drink!!

The pilot of the chopper has had some feelimg in both feet today........

Ginges bro is feeling a bit better with a change in meds and is more comfortable
And Ginge i still have old drinking mates who want me to drink because without me to pity and take the heat they have to look at themselves sometimes

Ginge I agree with Zac. I found that once I got sober I was no longer anyone else's barometer. In other words...I was always the most f**ked up so in their minds they were fine. "Oh I'm not as bad as Valarie", "Did you see what Valarie did last night?" So on and so on and so on! Then they will try the bulls*** of telling you that you aren't any fun sober. I always flip it and tell them no you are just extra annoying drunk. LOLOL
We drunks have alot of guilt even when we are in the throws of addiction. One sober guy (you) in the bunch only brings more insecurity and guilt. They are projecting their own judgments on to you.
