Do you find with not drinking that your patience is Non Existent? As far as I am concerned everyone at my work can Pound Sand!!!!! I have no coping skills obviously or I wouldn't be an alkie and druggie! Sometimes I am pantient and calm! Not today my friends!!!!
P.S. Today is 10 months of no alcohol for me.

Hey Val, sorry you're so stressed and frustrated... I have a tendency to lose patience myself when not drinking, though it happens more with friends, family etc than at work. Take a few deep breaths & try to think calm thoughts...
BTW - CONGRATS ON 10 MONTHS!!!! That's awesome, girl, you should be proud of yourself! Don't let the sand-pounders get to you, Val, you're doing sooo well!! Big hugs to you on your 10-month anniversary!!

Thanks Bella....I am much better now. I went to Starbucks and got a 6 shot nonfat latte. Yummmmmmeeeee. I feel much better.

I have been doing a lot of recruiting lately and all these nitwits calling up asking stupid questions arrgghgg. Sorry, but there IS such a thing as a stupid question. And the things they write on their job applications -OMG. I could write a book LOL.

LMAO.....I am home now and feeling much better. I had so much caffeine that I feel like doing jumping jacks! ha ha. Not really. After being a meth addict pretty much all the coffee in the world doesn't affect me with the exception of curbing my hunger.

Last night my hubby had some drinks and when I went to tuck him in "Like a Burrito" LOLOLOL, he said, "Oh sorry honey.,...I smell like booze, I know you hate that." I said, "Yes I do, but not for the reason you think I do!" I said, "I wanna stick a hose down your throat and syphen the booze out and drink it myself!" LMAO!!!! We both got a good laugh out of that one. Sometimes I think he thinks I have lost all me marbles. Oh well...maybe I have.

Hi Ladies, hope you all are doing okay now...Just checking in to say quick hello...had a busy, busy and long holiday and it ended last night (Wednesday night) with going to watch a friend's band play at a local restaurant with my daughters. Alcohol was being served but ya know it didn't even matter to me either way.
Even tho' it's only 8:00 pm here in SoCal ~ I'm going to bed!

Well I will probably not be on the boards until Saturday. The hubby and I are headed to the desert (Laughlin, NV )for a day or so. Hopefully everyone will be back posting when I get back. Oh well....maybe something fun will happen and I can share it. Hope everyone is having a great sober day.
