Today I spent the afternoon reading the Recovery Diaries board. A poster named Jane simply posted, "Everything Old Is New Again". I think that puts into words how I've been feeling this past week. Hope everyone is having a good weekend.

I was just, I mean just thinking that. Then, I picked up my laptop, logged on and saw your post. I LOVE listening to music again. The colors in the tulips here are so bright. I am actually dreaming again ( some of the dreams are strange) ,but, its been awhile since I have actually had dreams and remembered them ( both actually and figuratively ).
I am soooo glad things are going well for you. Did you get to a meeting?

Hey Gracie,
I know what you mean about music. I used to love to put on my i-pod and listen to music while I took a walk. Music can be so inspirational. Yesturday my husband and I took our daughter out to lunch and it was so nice. For so long I hated going just about anywhere. I didn't go to my meeting on Friday. To be totally honest I chickened out. I have gone through this enough times to know that I have to do something different this time. I have failed to many times. I talked to my husband about this and he agrees. I have decided to see an addiction specialist. I am not against NA though and maybe I'll get the courage to go eventually. I hope you're having a good weekend.
