Ive been wondering how you are and i just want to say thanks for every time i read your posts and you have the one day at a time in your sign off because it reminds me not to forward worry and scenario worry, every time i write or read one day at a time i think some gratitude for you:)

Thanks for thinking of me. I'm all right although I know I haven't been very "talkative" lately. Perhaps I'm coming down off the "pink cloud" a little. I know my recovery process is switching gears a little; I know I have gone from being shocked and amazed that the drinking has stopped to realizing that notdrinking is absolutely possible. I'm slowly starting to fill my time with other activities. In the meantime I'm remembering to take it,
