Did you go to a meeting last night? how was it?
I dont really follow football, but the team my dad and brother follow are manchester City (sh!tty city)
I saw on the news the other day, that this american fellow has bought man united but somehow has plundered the club into debt??? not too sure whats gone on but I'm sure thats what the news said?

The meeting was small. A dozen folks. All ages, all sober for a year or more (lots more -- some going on two decades). An English woman and an Irish man, the rest Kiwis. I could have listened to the Irish man speak for hours. I love that accent. We met in a daycare center and sat on little bitty chairs. I told them all about you people on this board. I couldn't have been more welcomed. Even though there were two birthdays, they told me I was the special person that evening.
I wished y'all could have been there.
