Hey guys, I wanted to let you know, I went to my counselor yesterday and had the best session yet, we really dug deep...we were both in tears by the end. It was so cathardic I guess is the word. I really figured a couple of things out, well looked at them in a different way anyhow. It was so good for me.

thanks, I'm kinda thick in some areas. I really don't want to be and really didn't realize it until recently. I had to have someone hit me over the head with a big club. It hurt at first but now I'm starting to like that club......again, it hurt so good.

i'm so happy to hear that. now i am working with 2 councelors mine and paiges well both of thems names is sue but paige's councelor is the bootcamp one and i learned she is buddhist and she works differently than mine does and she has this way of getting me fired up and then she digs deep and we some how all calm down and are all mushy,,,,,so anyway i like paiges cause she does make progress with us like you described. but because she gets me all worked up that part cheeses me off so i nick named her bootcamp buddah hehehe but i do like her when its all said in done. but i'll still call her that cause that way i dont get my sue's mixed up and its fun to say hehehe

I think mine is a mixture of Sues, she can be tough, she does not buy into my excuses, which I really thought were reasons. But I think she is part mush too She is the best thing I have found for myself,

i hear you loud and clear. and thats so awesome , i mean just think of the growth and progress and the quality of life we have left to live. we get to leave all that baggage behind and open up our worlds to all sorts of possabilities. thats the coolest part for me. i feel like i have sorta closed some chapters in my life and i'm ready to write new ones. : )
