i stayed up to make sure nothing happened to the board..
you'll all be happy to know it's safe, no one ran off w/it...lol
nah, just kidding, i just didn't sleep.
but i did check out the board and there wasn't much gonin on.
not a lot of sane people up at 3 am.

Football is a game for poofters who have to wear protective gear. Rugby is a real man's game (so I'm told) and it's scary to watch.

Thanks for the offer. You're a sweetheart. I'm pretty tired and I plan on being asleep in half an hour. Since Sharon posted about the rebound effect of benadryl, I'm going to try to go without it for the first night in three months. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I'll holler and you can keep me amused.

Good morning! How is everybody?Im just wondering if any of you take anything to sleep? Ive gotten into the habit of taking 2 tylenol pm"s everynight this past 2 months and it has helped,but now i wonder if i would be able to sleep without them? The first month i took ambien(half a one,because i only had 14 and wanted to stretch them)I dont imagine its very good taking the tylenols each night,but if i stop,will i be able to sleep? Thats the million dollar question?

For the past 3 months ive been collecting unemployment(got laid off from my job)so i figured that was a good thing,its given me the time to get clean and enjoy a little of the summer.But i do need to get looking for work soon.im starting to get bored.Today im picking up my granddaughter for the day(she only goes to preschool tues.&thurs)so while her mother and father work i will have her,i think we'll fill up her pool this morning,maybe go to the playground this afternoon and she'll make sure we hit the ice cream store,lol....~KIM

gina i used the machine dont know if it helped or i just finally collapsed.
no you wouldnt bother me at work, most of the time im just in my office doing paperwork, by myself or if i have real work to do ill just be slow posting back.

what i been doing is laying off caffiene and wearing myself out in the sun and heat as much as i can. by 9 pm i am exhausted and soon as my head hits the pillow i am outty till at least 5 or 6 a.m. it's great sleep and great tam as well hehehe but it's seriously working great for me

thats too cool, we will have much to talk about later girly, my dad taught archery when i was younger, i shot archery all through elementary school and jr high lol. it can be a useful sport. i never killed nothen though. "YET" hehehe i hope you get a restful sleep and have angels on your pillow : ) i will look forward to a chat with you later.
