I have a lot to do today and will get started once I wake up, I have to do some shopping today. I have to go to Kingston and I'm not feeling it. Just don't feel like going out at all today. I have to stop at my mothers too, have a gift that I still haven't given her. I avoided going there any sooner because I didn't want to take a chance of bumping into any of my siblings. Had to pull myself away from them all and I know I did the right thing, just sucks to have to do this.

I am on my first cup of coffee and I am trying to keep my eyelids open. I stayed up late lastnight talking to thumper and jewls on three-way. It was fun though.

Does anybody know if that Zicam works? We are having our annual New Years Eve at the BIL's. Outside, bonfire, food and fireworks...it's supposed to be in the 40's. I hate waking up with a sore throat, headache and one side of my nose plugged up, you have to keep turning on the other side for it to drain...I almost bought it once, but the price deterred me...I think it will be worth it now. I imagine I will have Kenny too, and he's got asthma, he was snotty and coughing so that's probably where I picked this cold up. Speaking of Kenny, here's a pic I took yesterday, hopefully I made it small enough.

Your New years celebration sounds nice. I'm not doing anything, my kids are in Florida at the theme parks, which was part of their xmas gift from their father.

My Aunt told me that it does work and she even recommended it to me when I got a cold, but it was too expensive for me.
I have heard that it works pretty good though. I hope you feel better soon.

Christmas was really good. I am doing so much better getting along with the family, I used to isolate from them, I am especially glad that I am on a speaking level with my oldest stepdaughter. Took me almost 21 years to get there.
Santa was good to me, gave me some clothes and I knew I was old when I went to Walmart and used my gift card to buy a scumbuster...lol
Kenny is a doll and smart as a whip, the bow on his head was his idea...lol
the heck with the price on the Zicam, I don't want to be miserable every morning for a few weeks...I noticed how much healthier I am since I quit smoking...

I swear by Zicam, the one you squirt in your nose, it's really disgusting, but I haven't had a full blown cold in years. That and the Zinc lozenges.
Now if anyone knows how to get rid of a fever blister in oh say 6 hours I'm all ears. I'm having people over and hate to be kissing them under the mistletoe with this big ole goober on my lip.
