Yeah, where the heck is everyone?? I slept late cause I had one of those tossing and turning nights. Sinuses are plugging up again, so it's time for another Zyrtec...
I got to use my Scumbuster yesterday...cool, cool, cool. I cleaned the bathrooms in almost half the time, though my back did start hurting...guess I am going to have to set a towel down on the floor so I can kneel when I do it. I didn't have enough energy left to do the showers, will get to that tomorrow or next day. I ended up having to put a lidocaine patch on my lower back.
Okay, so what is everyone doing today? I have some wash to do and I may get to ironing the nice curtains that someone gave me. Not the color I want, but I have a bedspread that is cranberry on one side and blue on the other...this way I can just change it to the blue side...the curtains are amber and blue checked. I will put the drapes from my room up in Tyler's room, unfortunately they will not go with the colors in Dylan's.

Doug, I've been making up for all that time I couldn't because of those dang shots I had. I am getting an appt for the nerve block on Monday. I hope this works, we are spending our savings on my pain. My husband is sweet about it though, he said that he would spend every penny to get rid of this pain. I hope it doesn't come to that. I guess I need to get this stuff done before I go in for the next one. I got a bill from the dr yesterday and they say we owe them another $20, my insurance does not cover the sedation, but it was $250 so I'm glad we don't have to pay the whole amount.
That sleep study I had done, my insurance won't pay because of the diagnosis. doesn't make sense, was I supposed to die in order to get it paid? Anyway, they denied it and they are sending me a letter stating that I am not responsible for the difference (I had to put up about $140. The Sleep Center sent me a bill for $1,300 and said I had to pay, but since they are in my network it is illegal for them to go after me for it. That's one good thing.

If we didn't have insurance we would be in the poorhouse now. It sucked, because when I was working it was really difficult for me to get time off to go to the dr. I'm glad I'm out of there, when someone tries to regulate my health and says that I can't get time off it gets me so pissed off. It's too bad, cause I was bringing in money and it would make this so much easier. Of course my pain level is nowhere where it was when I was working. I think most days I got home I was in a 10 for pain...I had to put up with working my butt off and had to live with just taking OTC stuff. You don't know how many days I would get home, crawl into my chair with an icebag and have to fight off tears...my husband was good though we ate alot of ham sandwiches. I don't think he was all that surprised when I didn't go back after that myleogram.
